摘　　要：目的:探讨项韧带钙化的DR影像学表现及临床价值。方法:回顾性分析500例有项韧带钙化者DR影像学资料。评价不同性别、不同年龄段项韧带钙化的分布、形状、数目以及伴有的颈椎其他DR影像学改变。结果:项韧带钙化的部位从C1-7平面均可发生,形态多种多样,可分为5种类型:1条带型;2节段条带型;3结节型;4串珠型;5不规则型。数目从1个至数个不等。结论:项韧带钙化多见于40-60岁年龄段,可单独存在,也可伴有颈椎其他DR影像学表现。Objective： To analyse DR features and clinical value of nuchal ligament calcification.Methods： DR data of community health examiners in 500 were analysed retrospectively. The distribution, shape, number of nuchal ligament calcifications and other changes of cervical vertebra in different sex and age were calculated. Results： Nuchal ligament calcifications could present from C1 to C7.The patterns of nuchal ligament calcifications were varied. Nuchal ligament calcifications were divided into five type： ①Stripe; ②Segmental stripe; ③Nodule; ④Bead; ⑤Irregular. The numbers were varied from one to several. Conclusion： Nuchal ligament calcification could be seen from 40 to 60 years of ages, nuchal ligament calcification could exist alone and also present other DR changes of cervical vertebra.
