摘 要:基于硫酸钛白生产工艺的现状,将钛白废硫酸综合利用与富钛料的生产相结合,开展了钛白废酸加压浸出钛精矿制备富钛料的实验研究,并分别考察了酸矿比、浸出温度、浸出时间等因素对富钛料品位的影响。研究结果表明:在酸矿比(mL/g)为8∶1、酸浸温度为150℃、酸浸时间为7-8 h的条件下,可获得二氧化钛品位达80%以上的富钛料。通过XRD分析可知,酸浸完成后,钛精矿中的主要物相FeTiO3已转换为富钛料中的二氧化钛物相。Based on the present situation of the sulfuric acid titanium dioxide production process,the comprehensive utilization of titanium dioxide waste acid and the preparation of Ti-rich material were combined.The experimental study on titanium concentrate leaching to prepare Ti-rich material with titanium dioxide waste acid was carried out.The influences of acid-mineral ratio,leaching temperature,and time etc.on the grade of Ti-rich material were investigated.Research results showed that:in a acid-mineral ratio(mL/g) of 8 ∶1,leaching temperature of 150 ℃,and leaching time of 7-8 h,the Ti-rich material with TiO2 grade of more than 80% could be obtained.Through XRD analysis,the main phase FeTiO3 of the titanium concentrate has been converted into the TiO2 phase of the Ti-rich material after acid leaching.
