摘  要:通过改变单体的摩尔比率及合成方案使二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)位于预聚体不同位置,并乳化分散为水性聚氨酯(PUD),对乳液的分散性(采用激光粒度仪)、稳定性以及固含量进行分析。结果表明:DMPA未与长疏水链(低聚物二元醇、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯及1,4丁二醇反应形成的)连接在合成PUD分散效果最差、乳液不稳定;DMPA位于两低聚物二元醇分子之间产生的分散效果稍好,但使乳液粒子产生较大的溶胀;而DMPA靠近预聚体分子端末且与长疏水链连接在一起则产生良好乳化效果,获得更小的粒径分布、可减少合成PUD所需DMPA用量并使乳液固含量达到50%以上。并发现合成方案对胶膜性能亦有一定的影响。The dispersion and stability properties are importance facets for the using of emulsions. Through changing the ratios of the monomers and synthetic schemes made dimethylol propionic acid locate at different positions of prepolymer,and then were dispersed into waterborne polyurethane dispersion(PUD). The dispersion property(using laser particle size analyzer), stability and solid contents of PUD were analyzed. Results indicate: When DMPA doesn’t connect with the long hydrophobic chain(formed by diols, isophorone diisocyanate and 1, 4-butanediol), PUD has poor emulsifying effect. When DMPA locates at the middle of diols, PUD has a little good dispersion and stability properties, but will cause greater swelling of latex particles. As to the structure, in which DMPA connecting with the long hydrophobic chain and locates near the ends of prepolymer molecules, PUD shows excellent emulsifying effectiveness, fine particles size, can reduce the required dosage of DMPA and synthesize PUD with solid content above 50%. The synthetic schemes also have same effect on the properties of the derived films.
