无铬鞣革的老化卫生安全性能研究

摘　　要：以4种购置无铬革商品为研究对象,氙灯模拟正常的老化现象,考察商品老化后的卫生性能变化,其中以无铬商品的透气性及透水汽性的变化为主要考察指标,商品革的柔软度、pH值以及干湿擦色牢度的变化为次要考察指标。实验发现,氙灯老化处理后,4种革的透气性和透水汽性值均略微增大,商品革的pH值、干湿擦等级以及柔软度均降低。Take the four kinds of chrome-free leather goods as a subject, and use Xe-lamp light to stimulate the phenomenon of natural ageing, to research the hygienic property changed after ageing treatment. Among consider the air permeability value and water vapour permeability value as the important index, and also include the other index change,such as pH value, softness and wet/dry colour fastness, are thought to the secondary factors to hygienic property. The experiment found that the air permeability values and water vapour permeability values were all slight increased after aged, while the other secondary factors were all decreased.
