摘 要:通过对灯具接线器盒结构的分析,介绍了一模两腔的三板式模具设计方法,实现了大批量全自动化生产。制件壁薄且多筋,不利于快速填充。研究了一种特殊的X型分流道,实现了多点进浇,使制件填充顺利,保证了产品的质量。采用了扁顶,保证了模具的强度并避免了制件的顶穿。实践表明,该设计提高了生产效率和制件精度,是一套安全、可靠和实用的模具。The case of wire connector structure technology is analyzed in the paper, and a fully automated production of plastic mould with two cavities is dcsigned. For the part is thin and the tendon, it is not conducive to the rapid filling. A special typc of X shunt is in- vented to achieve multi-point injection to makc the part of the smooth filling, and ensure the quality of thc product. The flat roof is adopted to ensure the strength of the mould and avoid the top wear of the parts. The results show that the production cfficicncy and the pre- cision of the parts arc improved by the dcsigncd mould, which is safe, rcliablc and practi- cal.
