摘 要:通过对快运铁路棚车车顶弯梁修形工艺的研究,发现无论采用风压力、火焰加热还是利用压形模具进行修形,其效果均不理想,只能通过拉弯成形来保证产品质量。在对车顶弯梁拉弯模具进行设计时,采用了钢板拼接结构,与传统的铸造拉弯模具相比,降低了模具制造成本,缩短了模具制造和调试周期,并利用试制期间的试验数据,优化了拉弯模具的型面参数并对拉弯模具进行调修和试验验证,取得了显著效果,为快运棚车的批量生产提供了可靠保证。Through the shape modification process research on roof bow of express railway covered wagon, it is found that modification shape effect with wind pressure, flame heating or the shape pressing die are not satisfactory. Product quality can only be ensured by stretch bending. The steel plate splicing structure is used to the stretch-bending die for roof bow. Compared with the traditional casting stretch bending die, it can reduce the mold manufac- turing costs, shorten the mould manufacturing and debugging period. Profile parameters of the stretch bending die is optimized by using the test data during the trial production, and then the stretch bending die is repaired and test. Significant effect is achieved, which pro- vides strong guarantee for the mass production of the express railway covered wagon.
