摘 要:由于钢管轧制变形复杂且不易控制,钢管强韧性的提高主要靠传统的离线热处理来实现。热机械控制工艺(TMCP)在钢管轧制中的应用还不广泛,有关无缝钢管轧制TMCP的系统研究报道很少。介绍了TMCP在钢管轧制中的一些具体应用,并重点对钢管轧制TMCP的研究思路和应用前景进行了讨论。TMCP技术代表了钢管轧制和热处理工艺的发展方向,其应用对于提高钢管的强韧性,实现钢管的减量化生产具有非常重要的现实意义。Because the rolling deformation of steel tubes is complex and difficult to control, the increase of strength and toughness mainly depends on offiine heat treatment. Applications of thermo-mechanical control process in rolling of steel tubes were not wide, and researches on TMCP in rolling of seamless steel tubes were rarely reported. Some specific applications of TMCP in the rolling of steel tubes were described, and TMCP research ideas and application prospects in the rolling of steel tubes were discussed emphatically. TMCP represents the development direction of rolling and heat treatment technology of the steel tubes. Its application has very important practical significance to improve the strength and toughness of steel tubes and to realize reduction rolling in production of steel tubes.
