摘 要:通过对比试验方法研究了交流方波波形参数(平衡和偏置)对9Ni钢埋弧焊焊缝成形和组织形态的影响。结果表明,平衡和偏置对焊缝成形和熔敷效率具有显著影响,采用较低的平衡值(<50%)和负偏置值有利于提高母材在焊缝金属中的熔合比,提高Ni、Cr、Mo等元素在焊缝中心的比例,并细化焊缝中心奥氏体枝晶。然而,对于9Ni钢埋弧焊接头热影响区的组织形态而言,交流方波波形的影响十分微弱。A series of comparative experiments were performed to observe the effects of AC square waveform parameters (balance and offset) on weld formation and joint microstructure in 9% nickel steel submerged arc welding. The results indicate that balance and offset have a significant impact on weld formation, penetration and deposition rate. The use of lower balance (〈50%) and negative offset will increase the fusion ratio of the base material in the weld metal, which leads to a raise in the content ofNi, Cr, Mo in the weld metal and a refinement of austenite dendrites. However, AC square waveform (both balance and offset) has little influence on the microstructure of heat affected zone in 9% nickel steel submerged arc welding.
