摘 要:为了探究8090铝锂合金自冲铆接头的拉伸与剥离性能,本文采用自冲铆接方法对8090铝锂合金(8090)同种及其与铜合金(H62)异种板材组合(8090+8090和H62+8090)进行单搭和T型连接,并对单搭和T型四组接头分别进行拉伸与剥离试验,运用MATLABR2014b软件对所得试验数据进行分析。结果表明:单搭接头拉伸试验的最大载荷均值皆大于材料组合相同的T型接头剥离试验的最大载荷均值。单搭接头能量吸收值皆小于T型接头能量吸收值。In order to study the properties of peeling and tensile of 8090 aluminum-lithium alloys self-pierce riveted joints, the connection of single lap-jointed joints and T-jointed joints of 8090 aluminum-lithium alloys (8090) with itself and dissimilar plate combination (8090+8090 and H62+8090) with copper alloys (H62) was carried out by using the method of self-piercing riveting. Tensile tests and peeling test of single lap-jointed joints and four groups of T-jointed joints were carried out respectively. Experimental data were analyzed by using MATLAB R2014b software. The results show that the mean value of maximum loads of single lap-jointed joints in tensile test is higher than that of the same material combination of T-jointed joints in peeling test. The energy absorption value of single lap-jointed joints is lesser than that of T-jointed joints.
