摘　　要：梅花弹性联轴器是刮板输送机的一种动力传递装置,一端连接电机,另一端连接减速机。利用计算机模拟软件V-Cast对联轴器的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,利用模拟软件添加了保温冒口、保温材料、冷铁和浇注系统。模拟结果表明,产品质量得到了保证。Plum elastic coupling is the scraper conveyor power transfer device, whose end connects to the motor and the other end connects the reducer. The computer simulation software V-Cast was carried on the numerical simulation of coupling solidification process. The insulating riser, insulating materials, chill iron and gating system were designed with the simulation software. The simulation results show that the quality of the casting is ensured.
