摘  要:经真空自耗熔炼的大型钛锭头部都易形成较深的缩孔,这严重影响后续的锻造和成材率。本文研究了缩孔产生的原因,制定出了适合某公司12 t ALD真空自耗炉大型钛锭的补缩工艺,并给出了有效的控制方法,成功地解决了缩孔深度大的问题。Deeper shrinkage voids usually appear on the top of large titanium ingot with the VAR furnace, which seriously affects the forging and rolling yield. The reasons causing shrinkage voids were studied. The feeding process and the effective control method of large titanium ingot which were suitable for 12t VAR furnace made in ALD were formulated, so the problem of the large shrinkage cavity depth was solved successfully.
