摘 要:通过Deform-3D有限元软件建立了汽车油泵轴楔横轧轴向闭开联合轧制的热、力和微观组织相互耦合的有限元模型。分析了工艺参数对闭开联合轧件的平均晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明,零件的平均晶粒尺寸随着整体断面收缩率的变化而变化;随着闭式断面收缩率占比的增加,先增大后减小;随着闭式轧制长度比的增加而减小。Finite element model of coupled heat, force and microstructure of auto oil pump shaft cross wedge rolling was established by the finite element software Deform-3D. Effects of process parameters on the average grain size of the closed-open joint rolling workpiece were analyzed. The results show that the average grain size of the part is changed with the change of the whole section shrinkage ratio; with the increase of the ratio of the closed section shrinkage, the average grain size of the part increases firstly and then decreases; with the increase of the ratio of the length of the closed rolling, the average grain size of the part decreases
