摘 要:为了精确控制楔横轧轴件端部质量,实现无料头精确成形,提出了闭开联合楔横轧轧制新方法。采用DEFORM-3D有限元软件研究了闭式阶段不同工艺参数对轧件端部质量的影响规律及影响程度。结果表明:凹心值随着闭式成形角、展宽角和台阶长度的增大而减小;随端部轧制长度的增大而增大;随断面收缩率的增大先增大后减小;且影响因素的主次顺序为端部轧制长度、断面收缩率、闭式展宽角、闭式成形角、台阶长度。并对模拟结果进行了实验验证。In order to precisely control the end-face quality of the cross wedge rolling shaft and achieve precision forming without stub bar, a new method of closed-open cross wedge rolling was put forward. The influence rule and extent of different process parameters on workpiece end-face quality in closed stages were studied by using DEFORM-3D finite element analysis software. The results show that the concave values decrease with the increase of closed forming angle, the stretching angle and the step length; they increase with the increase of end rolling length; they increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of section shrinkage rate; the primary and secondary order of influencing factors is the end rolling length, the section shrinkage, the closed stetching angle, the closed forming angle and the step length. And the simulation results were verified by experiments.
