摘 要:通过巧妙的设计水柱压差法来试验测量等离子弧柱压力,研究分析了不同工艺参数对等离子电弧压力的影响规律,并创新性的应用Language数值分析方法结合MATLAB软件编程对试验数据进行插值分析,对比了直流与有效电流值相同的脉冲情况下的电弧压力,得出脉冲条件下电弧压力相对较小的结论并给出了理论分析依据。Plasma arc pressure was measured with the water column's differential pressure method.The influence of different process parameters on plasma arc pressure was studied. Through the innovative application of Language numerical analysis method combined with MATLAB software programming, the interpolation analysis was carried out on the experimental data.In this way, the arc pressures between DC and the effective current value were compared under the case of the same pulse. Finally, the conclusion that DC plasma arc pressure is smaller under the case of the same pulse was obtained and theoretical analysis was given.
