摘  要:对7050铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头的盐雾预腐蚀疲劳性能进行了研究。将试验试件置于盐雾箱中,使用质量分数为5%的NaCl溶液连续喷雾50 h后进行疲劳试验,并与未经过盐雾腐蚀的试件进行对比分析研究。结果表明:经过盐雾预腐蚀后试样的强度极限和屈服极限分别为未腐蚀的79.7%和68%。焊接头的疲劳性能有显著降低,疲劳极限为未经过盐雾腐蚀的52.6%。Salt-spray pre-corrosion fatigue properties of 7050 aluminum alloy FSW joints were studied. The fatigue tests were conducted after the test specimens were sprayed continuously for 50 hours by using mass fraction of 5% NaCl solution in the salt-spray chamber. The testing of non-corrosion joints was also carried out as comparison. The results show that ultimate tensile strength and yield strength limits of pre-corrosion are about 79.7% and 68% of the non-corrosion joints respectively, and the fatigue limit of pre-corrosion joints decreases remarkably, which is about 52.6% of the non-corrosion joints.
