摘 要:采用合理的激光焊接工艺参数对镀锌钢板进行焊接,研究了激光参数对焊接接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明:焊接接头的抗拉强度随着激光功率和焊接速度的增加均呈先增大后减小趋势;焊缝区铁素体组织随着焊接功率的增加长大现象明显,而焊缝区铁素体组织却随着焊接速度的增加而变得细密;焊接接头的焊缝区的硬度均匀,且高出母材很多;焊接接头断口表现出明显的延性断裂特征。The galvanized steel sheet was welded by using the reasonable laser welding parameters, and the influence of laser parameters on microstructure and properties of the welded joints was studied. The results show that the tensile strength of the welded joints increases firstly and then decreases with the laser power and welding speed increasing, and ferrite microstructure of the welded zone grows obviously with the welding power increasing, but ferrite microstructure of the welded zone becomes fine and dense with the increase of welding speed. The hardness of the welded zone is more uniform and higher than that of the parent material; the fracture of the welded joints shows obvious ductile fracture characteristic.
