摘  要:使用液压快速压缩-膨胀机(RCEM)对火花点火式液压自由活塞发动机(SI-HFPE)的单次工作过程进行了模拟试验研究,研究了在使用甲醇燃料的情况下,液压源压力、点火提前相位、混合气浓度等因素对SI-HFPE活塞运动规律、放热率及指示效率的影响,提出了使用双火花塞同时点火方案。研究结果表明:SI-HFPE的实际压缩比主要受液压源压力和点火提前相位的影响,液压源压力越高或点火提前相位越小,则实际压缩比越大。在10MPa的驱动液压力下,使用双火花塞同时点火,调整合适的点火提前相位,指示效率可以大于45%,此时的实际压缩比达到18。The combustion process of a spark ignition-hydraulic free piston engine (SI-HFPE) is simulated and measured using a rapid compression-expansion machine(RCEM). Some factors such as fuel concentration, ignition timing and hydraulic pressure for drive that affect the piston motion and combustion of SI-HFPE are analyzed using methanol as fuel. Using two spark plugs for ignition is proposed to optimize combustion process. The result shows that the compression ratio of SI-HFPE is mainly affected by ignition timing and hydraulic pressure for drive. Adopting greater hydraulic pressure for drive and earlier ignition timing makes compression ratio higher. With 10 MPa of hydraulic pressure for drive, and two spark plugs for ignition with properly adjusted ignition timing can make the SI-HFPE work safely and efficiently with its indicated efficiency being able to reach more than 45% at which the compression ratio is up to 18.
