摘 要:利用AMESim建立变排量齿轮式机油泵计算模型,并通过试验验证模型的有效性。对机油泵排油口压力状态切换过程进行分析,提出在电磁阀和换向阀之间添加阻尼孔、减小阀芯台肩宽度两种方法对压力切换过程进行优化,并通过试验验证此方法的有效性。研究结果表明:当阻尼孔直径为0.9mm、台肩宽度为4.8mm时可明显减小排油口压力切换过程中的压力冲击,且切换时间缩短了32.8%。优化后的机油泵压力切换过程的动态响应更能满足发动机实际工况需求。The model of gear type variable flow oil pump was established using AMESim, which was verified by experiments. For this purpose, the pressure switching process was analyzed and optimized by adding a damping hole between the electromagnetic valve and reversing valve, and by decreasing the spool land widths Moreover, the validity of these two methods was verified by experiments. Results show that: when the damping hole diameter is 40.9 mm, and the spool land width is 4. 8 mm, the pressure impact during the pressure switching process can be reduced obviously, and the switching time can be decreased by 32. 8%. The optimized dynamic response of the pressure switching process can better meet the needs of engine operating conditions.
