摘 要:旋耕机是一种应用范围广的耕整地机械,其实用性强,具有切土效果好、碎土能力强等优点。本文主要对旋耕机的结构及运动参数对其作业性能的影响进行试验研究,包括刀辊转速、机组前进速度和刀片排列方式,从而确定旋耕机最优的工作参数,达到旋耕机的作业效果不仅好,其功耗也低的效果。Rotary cultivator is a kind of tillage soil preparation machine with a wide range of application and strong practicability.It has many advantages,such as excellent effect of cutting soil and strong ability of cutting soil.The influence on rotary cultivator work performance affected by the structure and motion parameters of rotary cultivator including knife roll rotational speed,the unit speed and the blade arrangement has been researched in this paper.Ultimately,the optimal working parameters of rotary cultivator have been confirmed.Thus,it would be realized that not only the operation effect of rotary cultivator was good but the power dissipation was lower.
