摘　　要：提出一种基于ZigBee技术的杏鲍菇生产溯源系统的设计方法。该系统应用温湿度传感技术、DTU数据远程传输技术、ZigBee无线局域网建立、组态王监测及数据库管理技术。用户通过上位机监测平台能查看系统对菇棚内温湿度数据的报警记录、实时监测、历史记录,也能向数据库录入某批次杏鲍菇的生产厂家编号、接种日期、生产批次、培育期时间、出菇期时间、各环节操作人员编号等生产信息。系统还用图示的方法对杏鲍菇整个生产流程的每个环节进行直观和详细的说明。This paper presents a design method of Pleurotus eryngii production traceability system based on ZigBee technology.The temperature and humidity sensor technology,DTU data remote transmission technology,ZigBee wireless local area network,Kingview monitoring and database management technology were applied in this system.Users can not only check the alarm recordings,real-time monitoring,historical records of mushroom greenhouse temperature and humidity data,but also can input the data of Pleurotus eryngii manufacturer number,date of vaccination,batch production,cultivating period,fruiting time,numbers of operator for each link and other production information to the database through the PC monitoring platform.The system also explains each link of the whole production process of Pleurotus eryngii intuitively and detailed by using the method of diagram.
