摘  要:大型汽轮发电机励磁碳刷的排列紧密,其相互之间的干扰问题相当严重,导致碳刷电流测量不准确。为了更准确地测量碳刷电流,采用磁屏蔽环方法减少相互之间的影响,并针对4路碳刷电流采用ANSYS进行电磁数值仿真分析和验证,在工程实践中得到了应用。可保证碳刷电流测量的准确性。Excitation brush of large turbine generator arrange densely,interference between them is very serious,which leads to current carbon measurements of brushes inaccuratly. In order to measure current of carbon brushes more accurately,use Magnetism shielding ring to reduce impact between each other,simulation analysis and verification are carried out by ANSYS for four path carbon brushless electric current,and it has been applied in engineering practice. It is shown that the measurement current of carbon brushes are correct.
