摘　　要：选取北京市M县作为研究现场,采取实地观察和问卷调查相结合的方法,对村卫生室医疗卫生服务提供情况、村卫生室硬件配置情况以及村卫生室新型农村合作医疗政策实施情况等方面进行深入研究。旨在了解当前村卫生室的服务能力现状,包括村卫生室新型农村合作医疗政策保障水平、村卫生室服务提供水平以及村卫生室硬件配置水平。It selected M County of Beijing as the research site to investigate the situation of medical and health service provision, thehardware configuration and the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical system of the village clinics, with a combinationmethod of field observation and questionnaire survey. It aimed to understand the current situation of health service capacity of the vil-lage clinics, including the level of the new rural cooperative medical care, provided health services and hardware configuration of vil-lage clinics.
