摘　　要：目的探讨上海市某社区高中学生心理健康状况,为有效开展高中学生心理健康干预提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法在上海市某社区抽取3所高中1、2、3年级所有学生为研究对象,共1 404名学生,选用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行问卷调查。结果相对于全国常模来说,高中学生的各个因子与一般人群差异显著(P<0.01),并且高中生的得分比一般人群均高。结论高中学生的心理健康低于一般人群,尤其是高三年级是高中学生心理弱势群体,应注重强化高中生心理健康方面的教育工作,有效缓解高中生心理压力。OBJECTIVE To explore the mental health status of students in community high school in Shanghai,understand the grouppsychological distress and demand of specific high school students,and provide the basis for the effective implementation of the highschool students＇ mental health intervention. METHOD Using cluster sampling method in a community of Shanghai,3 high schools,all students in 1,2,3 grade,a total of 1 404 students,were as the research object the selection of symptom checklist（SCL-90）questionnaire survey. RESULTS Compared with the national norm,the high school students of the various factors and the general pop-ulation were significantly different（P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION The mental health of the senior high school students was lower than thegeneral population,especially the senior high school students＇ psychological vulnerable groups,it needed to take early comprehen-sive intervention measures according to their different psychological distress characteristics. It should pay attention to strengtheningthe high school students＇ mental health education,so that the high school students＇ psychological pressure were effectively alleviated.
