The mental health and quality of living of NPC patients in different stages were assessed with the survival quality scale(QLQ-C30)and self-rating scale (SCL-90) ,and the differences of score were analyzed by statistics analysis. Results There were significant differences in the score of 7 factors: total survival quality, physical function, emotional function, social function, pain, dyscoimesis and loss of appetite(P〈 0.05). The score of four factor, somatisation, depression, anxiety and terror in NPC patients were significantly higher than that in common mode(P〈0.05).
