摘　　要：采用文献资料与实地调研等方法,在梳理我国公共服务标准化工作历程后,提出农村体育文化基本公共服务标准化建设的概念。从"解读中央及地方政策文件,中央及地方财政专项经费的投入,江苏公共体育服务体系示范区的创建"等方面分析了江苏农村体育文化基本公共服务标准化建设的必要性与可行性。最后提出:参考各类相关标准,制定标准化指标体系;建立多级组织管理网格,明确各自职责范围;规范经费的标准化管理;分阶段、分层次实施农村体育文化基本公共服务标准化建设路径。By methods of literature and field research, this article combs the standardization of public service in China and defines the concept of rural sports culture basic public services standardization construction. This article analyzes the necessity and feasibility, such as ＂interpreting the central and local policy documents, putting into the central and local special funds, estabhshing pubhc sports service system demonstration＂. Then, it put forward the standardized construction path in stages and layers, such as ＂reference to all kinds of related standards, formulating standardized index system;establishing a multi-level organization management grid, clear respective responsibilities ; standardizing the management of fund＂.
