福建省高校体育资源社会共享机制研究——基于供给侧改革的视角

摘　　要：为了探索福建省高校体育资源的社会共享机制,运用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等研究方法,通过对福建省高校体育人力资源、场馆资源、信息资源以及社会共享现状的调查与分析,基于供给侧改革视角,提出了福建省高校体育资源供给侧改革的建议。研究表明:福建省高校体育资源社会共享机制应采用建立政策保障机制、政府购买体育服务、高校体育资源市场化、互联网+高校体育资源、PPP模式建设运营高校体育场馆的模式,可进一步优化配置高校体育资源,提升供给体系质量和效率,促进福建省体育事业的发展。iming to explore the society sharing mechanism of college sports resources in Fujian Province, this paper uses the document literature, questionnaire and mathematics statistics to do the survey and analysis of the resources on human, stadiums and information and the society sharing situation of them to propose the eencrete implementing scheme based on the reform of supplyside. The conclusion is that the guarantee mechanism of policy,the purchase of sport service by government,the marketization of college sports resources and the model of Internet plus and PPP for college sports stadiums can optimize college sports resources, improve the quality and effiency of supply system of sport resource and promote the development of sports undertakings in Fujian province.
