摘　　要：综述目前常用膝关节功能评分量表的内容和应用,包括Lysholm膝关节评分、奎森功能演算指数、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数、美国膝关节协会评分、关节炎影响评估表2、膝关节损伤和骨关节炎结果评分、国际膝关节文献编制委员会膝关节评估表、马克思活动水平量表、日本膝关节骨关节炎功能评估量表。通过了解各评分系统的基本内容、结构和应用,建议研究者根据不同的研究对象选择评分方法进行评估。This article reviewed the content and application of knee function assessment measure for patients with knee osteoarthritis,including Lysholm Knee Scale,Lequesne Algofunctional Index,Western Ontario and Mc Master Universities Osteoarthritis Index,American Knees Society Knee Score,Arthirtis Impact Measurement Scales 2,Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score,International Knee Documentation Committee Knee Form,Marx Activity Level Scale and Japanese knee osteoarthritis measure.By recognized the basic information,structure and application of the score system,we should choose appropriate measure according to different research population.
