祛风活血通络汤中药封包对慢性损伤性疾病的功能康复的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析祛风活血通络汤中药封包对慢性损伤性疾病的功能康复的影响。方法选取2013年1月-2015年12月在我中心接收的160例慢性损伤性疾病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用验方中药封包,对照组采用桑枝中药封包外敷治疗,疗程设置为：外敷5d休息2d为1个疗程,以4-8个疗程治疗分析。对两组患者的功能康复效果给予对比分析。结果观察组患者的临床治疗效果显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论祛风活血通络汤中药封包治疗对促进慢性损伤性疾病患者功能改善与恢复起到良好的作用,使患者健康生活质量得到提高,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze effects of Qufeng Huoxue Tongluo Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine packet on function rehabilitation of chronic traumatic disease. Methods 160 cases with chronic traumatic disease from Jan 2013 to Dec 2015 were selected as subjects,and all cases were divided randomly into observation group and control group.Observation group was treated with Qufeng Huoxue Tongluo Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine packet,and control group was treated with Mulberry of traditional Chinese medicine packet.Course of treatment was set to：external application for 5 days,withdrawal for 2 days,which was one course.All cases were treated with 4-8 courses.Function rehabilitation of two groups was compared. Results Clinical efficacy of observation group was better than control group（P〈0.05）.Patient satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qufeng Huoxue Tongluo Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine packet for function rehabilitation of chronic traumatic disease is better for function rehabilitation,improve quality of life,worthy of clinical promotion.
