慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者缓解期护理过程中实施护理干预对康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针对慢性阻塞性肺病缓解期患者实施护理干预对于促进其康复的作用和影响。方法将我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者50例作为研究对象并实施常规性门诊治疗,积极对患者实施心理情绪、躯体功能以及生活行为等相关方面的护理干预。对患者相关生命体征情况予以严密监测,将护理前后的相关数据进行对比。结果接受为期8周的护理干预后,患者的VT、RR、PImax、PEmax以及Pa O2、Brog评分和SWT均明显优于护理干预前(P<0.05);患者的体重以及白细胞总数(WBC)也明显超过护理干预前(P<0.05);而干预前后的FEV1%变化情况不明显(P>0.05)。结论针对慢性阻塞性肺病缓解期患者实施综合性护理干预,可以有效控制和减少患者疾病的急性发作次数,有助于改善肺功能和缓解症状,对于有效促进患者康复具有积极意义。Objective To explore the effect and influence of nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 50 cases of patients with chronic lung disease remission cured in our hospital were selected as the study objects and were treated with routine outpatient treatment, active implementation of the patients with psychological and emotional, physical function and life behavior such as nursing intervention. The related vital signs were closely monitored, and the related data were compared before and after nursing. Results After 8 weeks of nursing intervention, the VT, RR, PImax and PEmax and PaO2, Brog score and SWT of the patients were significantly better than those before the nursing intervention（P〈0.05）. The weight of the patients and the white blood cell total（WBC） were also significantly more than those before the nursing intervention（P〈0.05）. Change situation of FEV1% was not significant before and after the intervention（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively control and reduce acute attack times in patients with the disease, help to improve lung function and relieve symptoms, and effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients with a positive significance.
