摘 要:目的探究白木香种子的体外抗氧化能力。方法预处理白木香种子并提取其黄酮成分;用铜离子还原法测定了其还原能力,采用2,2'-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)、1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)体系对其进行抗氧化活性的研究,并以抗坏血酸(VC)作比较。测定并计算其相对总还原百分率或清除率,以相对总还原百分率或清除率为纵坐标、样品液的浓度为横坐标作线性回归,从回归曲线的置信限制中找到概率为0.50的估算浓度即为半抑制浓度(IC50)。本研究所得数据全部采用统计学软件SPSS 19.0建模分析。结果白木香种子对铜离子还原力、对ABTS+·和DPPH·的清除能力的IC50分别为0.097 75、0.1366、0.4224 mg/m L。在考察范围内,白木香种子的抗氧化能力随着其浓度的增加而增强,但弱于VC。结论白木香种子有较好的抗氧化能力,为中药制剂的开发及保健品的开发提供一定的参考依据,其药理价值值得进一步深入研究。Objective To explore the antioxidant capacity of Aquilariae sinensis seeds. Methods Aquilariae sinensis seeds were under pretreatment and their flavonoids were extracted. Ascorbic acid (Vc) was set as a positive control. The reduction ability was determined by copper ion reduction method. The antioxidant activity of was studied by using 2,2'- Azinobis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonate) (ABTS) and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). Relative total reduction percentage or clearance was measured and calculated. Relative total reduction percentage or clearance as ordinated and the concentration of liquid samples as abscissa, they were obtained by regression and the estimated concentration, whose probability was 0.50 in confidence limit of regression curve was half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50). All the data was modeled and analyzed by statistical software SPSS 19.0. Results Aquilariae sinensis seeds of copper ion reduction force ICso was 0.097 75 mg/mL. The IC50 of the ability to clear the ABTS+.and DPPH .were 0.1366 mg/mL and 0.4224 mg/mL. Within the scope of the investigation, antioxidant capacity of Aquilariae Sinensis Seeds increased with its concentration, but weaker than Vc. Conclusion The Aquilaria Sinensis seeds have good antioxidant capacity and provide a reference for the development of traditional Chinese medicine and health care products, and its pharmacological value is worthy of further study.
