锁阳的研究现状及应用前景

摘　　要：锁阳为锁阳科全寄生种子植物,多寄生于蒺藜科白刺属植物根部,是我国一种常用的传统中蒙药。其富含多种生物活性物质,能够增强机体免疫力,具有清除自由基、抗氧化、抗疲劳、改善肾功能等多种药理作用。由此,本文就近年来关于锁阳的研究成果作了简要综述,介绍了目前锁阳已知的化学成分、其四类有效成分的优化提取工艺以及锁阳近期研究探讨的药理作用。根据锁阳最新的药效学研究可知,锁阳在防治阿尔茨海默病、抗痴呆、延缓衰老和营养膳食等方面应是未来的研究重点。本文旨在为锁阳在食品和医药上的进一步研究和开发提供理论依据。Cynomorium for the whole Cynomorium Division parasitic plants son, more parasitic on Zygophyllaeeae Genus root is a common tradition of Mongolian medicine. Its rich variety of biologically active substances, can enhance immunity, scavenging free radicals, anti-oxidation, anti-fatigue, improve the pharmacological effects of renal function. Thus, the recent research results Cynomorium briefly reviewed, describes the current cynomorium known chemical composition, the four types of active ingredients to optimize the extraction process and Cynomorium recent study explored the pharmacological effects. From the latest and pharmacodynamie studies Cynomorium Cynomorium in the fight against Alzheimer＇s disease, anti-dementia, nutrition and anti-aging diet, etc. should be the focus of future research. This article aims to provide a theoretical basis for further research and development of cynomorium in food and medicine.
