知柏地黄方药穴位贴剂治疗女童单纯性乳房早发育的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察知柏地黄方药穴位贴剂治疗女童单纯性乳房早发育的效果。方法选取2015年5月～2016年2月在广东省妇幼保健院就诊的95例女童单纯性乳房早发育患儿作为研究对象，将其分为观察组和对照组。观察组50例给予知柏地黄方药穴位贴剂治疗．对照组45例给予滋阴泻火中药治疗。疗程均为3个月。观察两组患儿乳房发育转归效果和治疗依从性。结果观察组有2例贴敷处皮肤过敏而退出，8例患儿因为未能按照要求正确贴敷或配合度欠佳等原因而退出研究。对照组有18例因服药依从性差而退出研究。观察组40例中治愈11例，显效16例，好转9例，无效4例；对照组27例中治愈7例，显效6例，好转4例，无效10例，经Ridit检验，观察组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论知柏地黄方药穴位贴剂治疗女童单纯性乳房早发育效果确切．患儿依从性更好。Objective To observe the effects of acupoint application with Zhibai Dihuang Prescription in the treatment of female children with simple premature thelarche. Methods A total of 95 female children with simple premature thelarche treated in Guangdong Maternal and Child Heahh Hospital from May 2015 to February 2016 were selected as research objects, and they were divided into observation group and control group. 50 cases of the observation group were given acupoint application with Zhibai Dihuang Prescription, 45 cases of control group were given Chinese herbal medicine of nourishing yin for lowering fire. The course was 3 months. The outcome of premature thelarche and treatment compliance of the two groups were observed. Results In the observation group, two patients were out of study due to cutaneous anaphylaxis, eight patients were out of study due to wrong application or poor compliance; in the control group, eighteen patients were out of study due to poor compliance. In 40 cases of observation group, there were 11 cases of cured, 16 cases of excellent, 9 cases of improvement, 4 cases of invalid, in 27 cases of control group, there were 7 cases of cured, 6 cases of excellent, 4 cases of improvement, 10 cases of invalid, by Ridit test, the efficacy of observation group was better than that of control group, the Acupoint application with Zhibai Dihuang Prescription difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion in the treatment of female children with simple premature thelarche has exact therapeutic effect, and the compliance of children is better.
