高校干部作风建设的SWOT分析与对策——以“三严三实”专题教育的开展为例

摘　　要：当前,各地正在掀起"三严三实"学习教育热潮,"三严三实"已成为党员干部深化作风建设的有力抓手。针对高校干部这一特殊群体,"三严三实"对其作风建设提出了具体要求。SWOT分析法可从宏观战略角度对高校干部"三严三实"作风建设工作进行全面把握,从而为后者的深入开展提供有效依据。各高校只有通过发挥优势、扭转劣势、抓住机遇、解除威胁等做法,才能将"三严三实"作风建设落到实处、取得实效。The study of＂Three Stricts and Three Steadies＂is becoming a trend in all parts of China. It has become a powerful tool in order to enhance the style construction of every party member. Specific requirements for cadres in universities have been put forward according to this policy. The SWOT analysis offers a comphehensive understanding of the ＂Three Stricts and Three Steadies＂for university cadres from a macroscopic view,and provides an effective basis in order to carry it out. Only by maximuming advantages,reducing disadvantages,seizing opportunities and removing threats,universities can acquire an effective result of the style construction of the ＂Three Stricts and Three Steadies＂.
