摘  要:自我国政府提出"一带一路"建设倡议以来,引起了广大地质工作者的高度重视。本文从"一带一路"地区地质条件、资源禀赋特征,以及我国与"一带一路"沿线国家地学合作前期基础,提出了创新地学领域合作机制、地学合作填图、合作开展能源和重要矿产资源现状利用调查和资源潜力评价、共建地质矿产资源信息系统、创新地学人才培养机制等合作构想,以期推进地球科学创新发展,实现"一带一路"能源及重要矿产资源开发利用合作共赢,共享人类社会文明成果。Geologists have been paying high attention to "One Belt and One Road" construction since the government of China gave the initiative. This paper presents the geological conditions, resource endowments characteristics of "One Belt and One Road" area and the preliminary basis of earth sciences cooperation with countries along "One Belt and One Road". Some cooperation ideas, such as innovating geoscientific field cooperation mechanism, developing cooperative geological mapping, cooperating and developing the status investigation of energy and important mineral resources and potentiality assessment of mineral resources, co-establishing geological mineral resources information system and innovating geosciences talents cultivation mechanism, are put forward in this paper from the point of view of earth sciences cooperation ways, in the hope of promoting the development of earth science innovation, creating a win-win situation in exploiting and utilizing energy and important mineral resources of "One Belt and One Road" area and enjoying the achievements of human civilization.
