摘  要:为满足后期的压裂要求,页岩气井完井管串要求具有很好的密封完整性,目前国内页岩气井生产套管基本采用全井一次性固井的方式。为使湖南省的一口页岩气探井保页1井达到回接管柱压裂后回收、便于后期可能进行的开窗侧钻等要求,首次尝试采用尾管固井再回接管柱不固井的完井方式。为此研发了实现70MPa超高压封隔及回接的尾管悬挂器系统,核心技术主要包括超高压尾管顶部封隔技术、超高压回接密封技术和尾管悬挂器大过流技术。该技术在保页1井顺利实施,成功完成尾管固井、回接和回收上部生产套管串,工具整体密封性满足后期的泵送桥塞压裂要求。In order to meet the requirement of fracturing,completion string of shale gas well must have good seal integrity.Now domestic shale gas well production casings mainly adopts one trip cementing for the whole well.Well Baoye 1which is a shale gas well in Hunan Province first attempts to adopt completion style of liner cementing and tie-back without cementing,to meet the requirement of tie-back string recovery operation after fracturing,facilitate window sidetrack drilling.Therefore a new kind of hanger liner with 70 MPa ultra-high pressure packer and tie-back function is developed.The core technology mainly includes the ultra-high pressure ZXP packer technology,ultra-high pressure tie-back seal technology and liner hanger large flowing technology.The technology is implemented successfully in Well Baoye 1.Liner cementing,tie-back and recycling of the upper production casing string is all completed successfully.And sealing of overall tool can satisfy the demands of the late pumping bridge plug for fracturing.
