摘  要:2014年,在新疆呼图壁种牛场生态实验站,采用定网网捕、定点拍枝、徒手捕捉和剥茎4种方法捕捉苜蓿叶象甲,对捕获的苜蓿叶象甲虫量和虫态(龄)分布情况进行了分析。结果显示,百网捕获苜蓿叶象甲数量是定点拍枝的4.8倍,定点拍枝捕捉数量是徒手捕捉的0.96倍。网捕对成虫的捕获比例平均高于拍枝15.3%,对2龄幼虫的捕获比例平均低于拍枝17.1%,随虫口数量增大偏离幅度还有增大趋势。网捕的虫龄比例易受株高、密度、虫龄变化趋势的影响,适用于低密度虫龄分布和苜蓿生长中、后期的虫口密度调查及一般虫体采集。拍枝不受田间生物环境的影响。适用于田间苜蓿叶象甲虫态(龄)分布和危害期预测为目的的调查,调查的准确性优于网捕。徒手捕捉准确性高,但费时、费力,蛹期结合拍枝比较有效。卵和1龄幼虫的调查只能采用剥茎,随着株高的增加剥茎高度逐渐上移。Four methods were used to catch Hypera postica Cyllenhal at Hutubi 2014,such as net catching,branches shaking catching,barehanded catching and intemode striping.The number and the stage of Hypera postica Cyllenhal were analyzed and the result showed that the number Hypera postica Cyllenhal caught by net catching were 4.8times morre than that caught by branches shaking catching.While numbers caught by branches shaking catching was 0.96 times more than that caught by barehanded catching.The number of catching adults with net catching was 15.3% higher than that caught by branches shaking catching,the average proportion of catching 2nd-instar larvae were 17.1%lower than branches shaking catching.There was an increasing trend of deviation oscillation with the rising number.The distribution of instar that caught with net catching was easily affected by plant length,density and the tendency of instar change,thus,this method is suitable for catching Hypera pasticathat distributed under sparse stand place,for the population investigation during the mid-later growing stage of alfalfa and for the general collection.The branches shaking catching was not affected by surrounding invironment in thd field,thus,this method is suitable for insect distribution investigation and for harm stage prediction.There will be a high accuracy when using barehanded catching.It would be better when combine with branches shaking catching during pupal period.Only intemode striping could be used during egg stage and first instar larvae.Striping height must be changed with plant growing.
