摘 要:为探讨深度抽吸模式下卷烟主流烟气中苯酚的逐口释放量。通过使用RM20H吸烟机连接逐口抽吸单元,实现对卷烟主流烟气总粒相物的自动化逐口捕集,并通过HPLC外标法实现定量分析。在此基础上,对不同抽吸模式下国内市售卷烟主流烟气中苯酚的含量进行逐口捕集、测定及分析,根据卷烟单口烟气中苯酚的检测含量,通过数理统计方法对其逐口递送趋势进行分析。结果表明,ISO模式逐口抽吸过程中其释放量呈多项式(n≥5)形态增加趋势显著,Massachusetts及Health Canada抽吸模式下苯酚释放量趋势呈多项式改变(n=5),并且在第七口以后释放量逐渐降低;不同抽吸模式下趋势线模拟方程的拟合度均较高,R2≥0.972 5。苯酚的逐口释放量特征可划归4类,具体为:1第一口;2第三口;3第五口、第六口和第七口;4第二口和第四口。To explore the puff by puff phenol release amount in mainstream of cigarette smoke under deep suction mode,RM20 H port smoking machine was connected to a suction unit for auto-capture of the total particulate matter of mainstream of cigarette smoke puff by puff, And HPLC external standard method was applied for quantitative analysis. Then,the content of phenol in mainstream of commercially available cigarette smoke under different suction mode was captured,measured and analyzed puff by puff. The puff by puff delivery trend analysis was conducted by mathematical statistics method according to the phenol content in detected in single puff cigarette smoke. The results showed that under ISO mode,the puff by puff release amount showed a polynomial(n ≥5) form with significant increasing trend; under Massachusetts and Health Canada mode, the phenol release amount trend showed a polynomial change(n=5),and gradually decreased after the seventh puff;the fitting degree of trend line simulation equations under different suction mode is high,R2≥0.972 5. The puff by puff release feature of phenol could be classed into four categories,specifically as, 1the first puff; 2the third puff; 3the fifth,sixth and seventh puff;4the second and fourth puff.
