摘  要:研究了用植酸处理后大肠杆菌对铀进行吸附,考察了p H、初始浓度、反应时间以及菌液投加浓度对吸附效果的影响。实验结果表明,植酸能够提高大肠杆菌菌悬液对铀的吸附效果。植酸处理后的大肠杆菌能有效结合UO2+2,在p H=4.0时,菌液投加浓度为90%时,吸附效果最好,吸附300 min达到平衡,吸附率为90%。大肠杆菌配合植酸吸附铀前后电镜图及EDX表明,反应能使铀酰离子络合沉淀,沉积在菌体表面。In this study,Escherichia coli degraded phytic acid to enable the recovery of low concentrations of uranium from wastewater. The adsorption efficiencies of uranium to E. coli under different conditions such as p H,the initial concentration of uranium,adsorption time,and cell concentration were studied. The experimental results showed that uranium was favorably adsorbed by E. coli,especially in wastewater with low concentrations of uranium. Optimum biosorption was observed when the solution p H was 4. 0; the adsorption rate was 90% and the adsorption equilibrium was established at about 300 min. The scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray images before and after reduction indicate that the E. coli degrades phytic acid releasing phosphates that enables the precipitation of UO2 +2complex,which is deposited on the surface of E. coli.
