摘 要:目的探讨细胞间粘附分子.3(ICAM-3)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的蛋白表达水平与宫颈鳞癌放射抵抗性的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学S.P法检测90例中晚期宫颈鳞癌患者癌组织中ICAM.3和VEGF的蛋白表达,所有患者均采用同步放化疗。其中25例为放疗后未控,65例为放疗后缓解。结果ICAM.3在90例宫颈鳞癌组织中的阳性表达54例(60.0%);VEGF呈阳性表达56例(62.2%)。ICAM-3在宫颈鳞癌放疗后未控组中的阳性表达率84.0%,放疗后缓解组中的阳性表达率50.8%,两组差异有统计学意义(P=0.008);VEGF在宫颈鳞癌放疗后未控组中的阳性表达率80.0%,放疗后缓解组中的阳性表达率55.4%,两组差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。ICAM-3和VEGF高表达均与肿瘤病理分级及淋巴结转移显著相关,而与临床分期无明显相关性。结论ICAM.3、VEGF蛋白高表达与宫颈鳞癌放射抵抗性相关,可作为预测宫颈癌放疗敏感性的指标。Objective To study the relationship between Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-3、Vascular endothelial growth factor With radioresistance of human cervical squamous cancer. Methods S-P immunohistochemical method was performed to detect the expression of ICAM-3 and VEGF in 90 patients with advanced cervical squamous cell carcinoma, of which 25 cases were non-weU treated after radiotherapy, 65 cases were well treated after radiotherapy. Result The positive expression level of ICAM-3 and VEGF were related to clinical stage and lymph nodes metastasis; The expression level of ICAM-3 in non-well treated group was higher than that in well treated group ( 84.0% vs 50.8%, P=0.008 ) . The expression level of VEGF in non-well treated group was higher than that in well treated group ( 80.0% vs 55.4%, P=0.031 ) . The expression oflCAM-3 and VEGF were significantly related to lymph node metastasis and grade of differentiation, but no relation to clinicai stage. Conclusion The expressions of ICAM-3 and VEGF are related to radioresistance of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
