摘 要:目的探讨icT使用低管电压、迭代重建(iDose4)对高体重指数患者(25kg/m2≤BMI〈30kg/m2)行冠状动脉cTA检查的可行性。方法采用飞利浦256层icT对体重指数在25kg/m2≤BMI〈30kg/m2的60例患者行冠状动脉CTA检查,分为两组,每组各30例(A组100kV,iDose4;B组120kV,FBP)。由2名资深影像医师以5分制对2组图像质量进行主观评价及测量图像的CT值和噪声(SD),并计算相应的信噪比(SNR)、对比信噪比(CNR)并进行分析。结果A组、B组CT值差异有统计学意义;SD值、SNR、CNR差异无统计学意义。结论对体重指数在25kg/m2〈BMI〈30kg/m2患者行冠状动脉cTA检查,低管电压联合迭代重建(100kV,iDose4)完全可以获得满足临床诊断需求的影像信息,该检查方法具有可行性。Objective To explore the feasibility of coronary angiography examination, use lower tube voltage and iterative algorithm to reconstruction ( iDose4 ) in patients with higher body mass index ( 25kg/m2 〈 BMI〈30kg/m2 ) . Methods Totally 60 patients ( 25kg/m2 〈 BMI〈30kg/ m2 ) were divided to two groups, each group 30 cases :Group A tube voltage of 100 kV, iterative algorithm to reconstruction ( iDose4 ) ; Group B tube voltage 120kV, filter back projection reconstruction image ( FBP ) . Two experienced radiologists independently evaluate image quality, the diffences of mean CT values, image noise ( SD ) , signal noise ratio ( SNR ) , contrast signal to noise ratio ( CNR ) were compared and analyzed. Results The CT values of group A and group B were statistically significant difference; SD values, SNR, CNR were no statistically significant difference. Conclusion The image information of patients ( 25kg/m2〈BMI〈30kg/m2 ) CTA examination with lower tube voltage ( 100kV ) and iterative algorithm to reconstruction ( iDose4 ) can completely meet the demand of clinical diagnosis, the inspection method is feasible.
