棉花DH群体的构建及主要经济性状遗传分析

摘　　要：母本选用海岛棉(G.barbadense)中具有黄叶指示性状的半配合材料VSG,父本选用优质长绒棉材料99-508和特早熟系TY-16的F1,通过棉花远缘杂交和半配合生殖技术相结合的方法,构建了一套完整的DH永久群体,培育出8个DH长绒棉稳定系,并以这套群体为基础材料进一步分析了棉花主要经济性状如棉纤维长度等的遗传研究。Semigamy material VSG with yellow indicating traits was selected as female parent in island cotton（G. barbadense）,hybrid generation of high quality long-staple cotton 99-508 and extra early maturity TY-16 as male parent. Through combining with distant hybridization and semigamy breeding technology, a complete set of DH permanent population was constructed, eight DH long-staple cotton systems were cultivated, and the main cotton economic traits were further analysed, based on this group of materials, for example genetic studies of cotton fiber length, etc.
