摘  要:针对不同玉米品种筛选出耐盐性较强的玉米品种,为进一步开展盐碱土田间研究奠定基础。试验选用蛭石为介质,在人工气候箱内进行培养,对比不同Na Cl浓度梯度对不同玉米品种的株高、地上部生物量、地下部生物量等生长指标,研究不同浓度下不同品种各指标的变化趋势和规律,对玉米品种进行耐盐性筛选。结果表明,不同浓度梯度盐胁迫下,随着盐浓度的增加,玉米苗期株高、地上部生物量、地下部生物量显著下降,根冠比增大,不同品种间表现出明显的差异;综合比较可以得出,金苹618是盐胁迫下敏感的玉米品种,先玉335、奥玉3007、雅玉8号次之,潞玉39和华农618属于耐盐能力较强的玉米品种,更适宜在盐碱土上进一步进行田间研究。试验结果可为晋北盐碱地区玉米品种筛选提供参考。Screening stronger salt tolerance variety according to different maize varieties, to lay the foundation for further study of saline-alkali soil, this paper took Vermiculite as medium, which was cultured in a climatic chamber. This assay compared different varieties of maize plant height, aboveground biomass, belowground biomass and other growth indicators in different Na Cl concentration gradient, and studied each indicator trends and patterns of different varieties at different concentrations, and made screening of maize varieties salt tolerance. The results showed that under different salt gradient, with the increase of salt concentration, plant height, above ground biomass and below ground biomass of maize significantly decreased and shoot ratio increased. Different varieties showed obvious differences. After comprehensive comparison, we drew a conclusion that Jinping 618 was a sensitive variety under the salt stress, Xianyu335, Aoyu 3007, Yayu 8 took second place, Luyu 39 and Huanong 618 were strong saline-alkaline tolerance maize varieties, which were more suitable for further field studies on saline-alkali soil. This result offers reference for the screening of corn varieties in the saline soil area of northern Shanxi province.
