摘  要:为了明确外源水杨酸(SA)对铅胁迫下桔梗幼苗的缓解作用,用4种不同试剂(蒸馏水(CK),0.1 mmol/L SA,200 mg/L Pb2+,0.1 mmol/L SA+200 mg/L Pb2+)分别处理桔梗幼苗,测定桔梗幼苗叶片MDA含量、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性。结果表明,与CK相比,在铅胁迫下桔梗幼苗叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和POD活性均降低,MDA含量增加;施加外源SA处理使桔梗幼苗叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和POD活性均显著升高,MDA含量降低,说明外施SA对桔梗幼苗的生长有促进作用,可提高桔梗幼苗对铅毒害的耐受力。To define the relieving effect of exogenous salicylic acid(SA)on Platycodon grandiflorum seedling under lead stress,Platycodon grandiflorum seedling were treated with four different reagents(distilled water(CK), 0.1 mmol/L SA, 200 mg/L Pb^2+,0.1 mmol/L SA+200 mg/L Pb^2+). The MDA content, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content and the peroxidase(POD)activity of Platycodon grandiflorum seedling leaf were determinated. The results showed that chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content and POD activity of Platycodon grandiflorum seedling leaf decreased, MDA content increased than CK under the lead stress. Chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and POD activity of Platycodon grandiflorum seedling leaves which were treated by exogenous salicylic acid(SA)increased significantly, MDA content decreased. The result explained that applying exogenous SA could promote the growth of Platycodon grandiflorum seedlings, and improve the stress tolerance of Platycodon grandiflorum seedlings to lead poisoning.
