摘 要:为阐明普通大豆品种与抗草甘膦转基因大豆品种经草甘膦处理后,植株生理指标变化情况的差异,试验在苗期对2种不同大豆品种喷施41%草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂,之后测定植株体内叶绿素、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、丙二醛含量以及电导率等生理指标的变化情况。结果表明,喷施草甘膦后,晋大73叶片中叶绿素含量急剧下降,可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量显著增加,电导率增大,7 d内叶片遭受毁灭性的伤害,植株死亡;抗草甘膦大豆RR1在喷施草甘膦初期,各项生理指标均出现小幅波动,短期内又恢复到正常水平,说明RR1对草甘膦具有明显的抗性。这对于研究普通大豆和抗草甘膦大豆在喷施草甘膦后生理指标的变化规律具有重要的参考价值。The experiment was conducted to study the variation of physiological index of conventional and transgenic soybean after spraying 41% glyphosate-isopropylammonium AS in seedling stage,and clarify the physiological and chemical differences of glyphosate-resistant soybean cultivars and conventional soybean cultivars on glyphosate. The results indicated that the chlorophyll content of Jinda 73 decreased rapidly after spraying glyphosate in seedling stage, and the content of soluble sugar, malondialdehyde,proline and the conductivity increased remarkable, the leaves of Jinda 73 were destroyed in 7 d. While the physiological index of RR1 varied in a narrow range at the initial stage of spraying glyphosate, but recovered usual level in a short time, which demonstrated that the RR1 had strong resistance to glyphosate. It has an important significance for study the change rule of physiological index after spraying glyphosate of conventional soybean and glyphosate-esistant soybean.
