摘　　要：The project of 1,500,000 t/a high quality paper board and100,000 kW cogeneration project in Hubei Long Chen Paper Co.,Ltd.(hereafter referred to as'Hubei Long Chen')invested by Long Chen Paper(China)Co.,Ltd.in Hubei Songzi began construction on June 6^(th),2015.The first phase of the project will construct three paper making production lines,one 400,000The project of 1,500,000 t/a high quality paper board and 100,000 kW cogeneration project in Hubei Long Chen Paper Co., Ltd. （hereafter referred to as ＂Hubei Long Chen＇） invested by Long Chen Paper （China） Co., Ltd. in Hubei 5ongzi began construction on June 6th, 2015. The first phase of the project w construct three paper making production lines, one 400,000 t/a ner board production line, one 350,000 t/a corrugating medium paper production line and one 50,000 t/a paper tube base paper production cogeneration ne, the total capacity is 800,000 t/a. In addition, project also began to construct at the same time,
