摘  要:针对某500 kV变电站在一个月内连续发生两次35 kV干式空心电抗器烧损故障的问题(出现故障的电抗器将被迫停运检修,影响到电力系统的无功功率的调节),通过多方面的分析,认为连续发生故障的电抗器存在绝缘薄弱点,在长期运行中受到热老化和操作过电压等综合因素的影响,演化为局部缺陷,并发展成匝间绝缘短路故障而导致电抗器本体起火烧损。建议从干式空心电抗器寿命周期的首尾两个节点采取管控措施,以提高其运行维护质量。In allusion to problems of twice burning faults of 35 kV dry air-core reactor in one month in 500 kV substation which causes forced shut-down and maintenance of the faulted reactor and affects reactive power regulation of the power system,this paper carries out extensive research analysis and considers there are weak points of insulation in the faulted reactor which may be evolved to partial defects by influence of some comprehensive factors such as thermal aging and switching over-voltage in long-term running,and finally develop into turn-to-turn insulation short-circuit faults causing burning faults.It suggests to adopt control measures in the beginning and the end nodes of life cycle of dry air-core reactor so as to improve operational maintenance qualities.
