摘 要:选取西安市两幢办公建筑(建筑A采用风机盘管加新风系统,新风未经处理;建筑B采用风机盘管系统加自然通风)作为研究对象,对夏季室内热湿环境(评价指标为室内温度、相对湿度、风速)、过渡季及夏季室内空气品质(采用空气质量综合指数评价法,代表性污染物选取二氧化碳、甲醛、总挥发性有机物)进行实测与评价。两幢办公建筑夏季室内温度、相对湿度、风速均符合设计标准。过渡季二氧化碳、总挥发性有机物均表现出较强的污染程度,夏季污染程度最大的为二氧化碳,甲醛在过渡季、夏季的污染程度最低。夏季室内空气品质优于过渡季,夏季空调环境比过渡季自然通风更有利于室内污染物的扩散,避免污染物含量局部偏高。配置新风系统的空调系统比风机盘管系统加自然通风,更有利于保证良好的室内空气品质。Taking two office buildings, namely building A with fan coil plus untreated fresh air system and building B with fan coil plus natural ventilation in Xi' an City as research objects, the indoor thermal environment including indoor temperature, relative humidity and wind speed in summer and indoor air quality that takes comprehensive index evaluation method for air quality and CO2, formaldehyde, TVOC as the typical pollutants in transitional season and in summer are measured and evaluated. The indoor temperature, relative humidity and wind speed in two buildings in summer meet the design standards. Both CO2 and TVOC reach higher pollution levels in transitional season, CO2 pollution level is the highest in summer, and formaldehyde pollution level is the lowest in transitional season and summer. The indoor air quality in summer is better than that in transitional season. Air conditioning environment in summer is more conducive to the diffusion of indoor pollutants than natural ventilation in transitional season and helps to avoid the local high concentration of pollutants. Air conditioning system with fresh air system benefits indoor air quality compared with fan coil plus natural ventilation.
