摘 要:目的:研制一种体积小、质量轻、免外接电源,且可实时掌握批量患者输液信息的输液检测监控装置。方法:采用光电检测技术、Zig Bee无线技术和嵌入式编程技术,来实现精确检测液体的实时滴速,并无限拓展信号覆盖范围,且无需计算机控制。该装置由输液监测终端、协调器、中继器和手持终端4个部分组成。结果:该装置达到了技术指标要求,显著减少了输注每瓶液体的平均巡查病房次数,缩短了换瓶前平均配液间隔时间,减轻了护理人员的工作量。结论:该输液检测监控装置有助于实时、动态地掌握批量患者的输液信息,适用于各级医院门急诊输液室、病房或自然灾害及突发公共事件的救援工作。Objective To develop a detecting and monitoring device for transvenous infusion, which has small size, low weight while no need for external power source. Methods Photoelectric detection technology, Zig Bee wireless technology and embedded programming technology were used to accurately detect the infusion dripping speed, and the signal range could be extended as needed. The device was composed of four parts of infusion monitoring terminal, coordinator, repeater and handhold terminal. Results The device met the desired requirements, and decreased the times for patrolling the ward during infusion, the time for liquid preparation and the work loads of nurses. Conclusion The device can be applied in the infusion sections and wards of levels of hospitals, or in the responses to natural disasters and public medical emergencies.
