摘　　要：目的:建立移动医疗系统,实现全流程医疗信息服务,提高医疗质量和工作效率。方法:基于面向服务的体系结构进行设计,采用3层架构,通过无线网络、移动智能终端与医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)数据库交互,实现移动护理与查房。结果:移动医疗系统能够实时、准确地采集和处理临床信息,实现医护工作站在患者床边的扩展和延伸。结论:系统应用后能够有效地预防和杜绝临床差错,促进了医护质量、效率和管理水平的提高,今后利用现有架构和资源还可以实现更为广泛的应用。Objective To build a mobile health system to implement whole-course medical information service. Methods The system had a three-layer architecture, which was designed based on service-oriented architecture, and interfaced with HIS through wireless network and mobile intelligent terminals to realized mobile nursing and clinical round. Results The system acquired and processed clinical information at real time, and realized the extension of medical station to the hospital bed. Conclusion The system prevents and avoids clinical errors effectively, and may extend its application based on the existing architecture and resources.
