摘　　要：洪拳是岭南五大名拳之首,也是岭南武术拳种中历史最悠久、传播最广的拳种,其他岭南拳种大多与洪拳有着密切的联系或受其影响,洪拳与清代洪门天地会有着难以割舍的联系。洪拳在传承及其发展演进中,不同的时期其技术风格从早期的追求象形、中期的追求神似,到晚期的形神兼备,刚柔相济,与中国武术体系整体演进几乎同步。通过对三展拳及铁线拳的图谱研究,提炼出传统洪拳的技法特征。Hung Ga is in the first place of the five famous Quan of South of the five ridges,and is also the oldest,the most widespread Wushu of the South of the five ridges,other South of the five ridges Quansare most closely linked with or effected by Hung Ga,there is a close relationship between Hung Ga and Qing Dynasty Hongmen triads. Hung Ga had different technical styles in its development and evolution,from the earlypursuit ofpictographic,medium pursuitlikenessto thelate Vivid,hardness and softness,almost simultaneously with the overall development of Chinese Wushu. Through researching on the maps of San Zhan Quan and Tie Xian Quan,refined the technique characteristic of traditional Hung Ga.
